Legal Question in Product Liability in New Jersey

Son's hand broken by teacher

My son has ADHD, and attends a school licensed by the State of NJ for children with behavioral and learning disabilities. He's 10 and a teacher broke his hand while using corporal punishment on a school bus. I need to know what legal recourse I have to get compensation for my son, and what parties, if any, are accountable?

Re: Son's hand broken by teacher

Whether your son has ADHD would not permit a teacher to use any sort of corporal punishment, much less break his hand. I would like to speak to you about this. I think you have a very good claim against the school regarding this teacher.
