Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

my bank mortgage does not have an answer for the modification application request done over a year ago.I need help, I am not eligible for any other refinance because I have another property in NJ and lots of bills.

where can I complaint? Better business bureau? please help

Any complaints about your bank can be directed to the Department of Banking & Insurance at 609-292-7659. Ask for you application fee back and look somewhere else.
