Do broker realestate contracts have an expiration date if there is was not filled out on the original contract

There is no 'expiration date' in the broker form contracts that I have seen used in this area of New Jersey.

I suggest you have a lawyer look at the contract that you signed, and get some advice. That should be cheap, fast and easy. Then you will know what you need to do.
