Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

I am buying a condo in jersey city, NJ. The tenant is not at all cooperative.In order to move her out,whats the best strategy, should i buy in my own name or through LLc.the condo is in foreclosure.

The tenant may have the right to remain at least until the end of the lease term. To ensure that your rights are protected, you should engage a local lawyer to assist you.

OK, you have listed three serious things to deal with. None of these is horrible, but they are all important. Tenant...you may be stuck for a while with the tenant, I need to know more to tell you. How to own and hold the condo...depends on a couple things, your intentions (live in or rent out) and your income and deductions. and foreclosure....this is a little tricky. you want to be sure you get what you pay for, no surprises or problems.
