Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

my car was damaged by a snow plow on rental property. the management saw the damage and is now saying that they did not see it. i have a witness to the management seeing it. I have pictures of the damage to my car. They want to blame a company that was contracted out to them but the company says that they did not do the damage and the rental property trucks did it removing the snow. Is the rental property responsible for the damage whether the other truck did it or not since my car was parked on their property where i live?

This is a civil matter, swo I would not with hold rent. Send a letter to the LL and plow company first. Advise if they do not address, that you will only have one option, to sue. If no response, sue LL and their plow company.
