Robert Davies The Davies Law Firm, P.A.

you should get an attorney here in New Jersey to assist you. The operating agreement should have been drawn up when the LLC was formed. Sometimes, especially if only one person owns the LLC, it does not get done, so you have to be able to deal with this issue. There are a lot of other issues to deal with when you sell a commercial property.

Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me, and I will go over this with you, and give you some advice.
