Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey
My family goes away for the weekend and bring the children with us and before we leave my 14 y o invites her friends to have an unchaperoned party in our home. This was done without our knowledge. Is she legally allowed to give permission and would the party be considered trespassing and who is responsible for the damages that occurred to the property?
