Final acconting
6 sisters, 6 beneficiaries, one sister also executrix. One brother intentionally bequested nothing. 2 sisters say through hearsay that dad was going to mend his ways and put him back on the will. Is there a case for him?
Re: Final acconting
The brother has the right to challenge the will, but without some good evidence of why the will should be invalidated, the terms of the will will likely stand.
