Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

I need hedp with a case in Pa I had won in small court but the defendant took it to a higher court. I am the plaintiff and I live in New Jersey. I try to have the case moved to N.J. but I never hear from the court house in Pa. I am on S.S.D. and I live too far. The defendant had live in N.J. and still has family in N.J. I live to know had can I move the case to the superivor court in N.J.

You can't remove a PA State case to a NJ court.
