after divorce the house is my daughters,but cannot get her ex to remove his name from the title.what is easiest method to do this?

If the Judgment or Property Settlement awarded the house to your daughter, and her husband refuses to sign a Deed, she must file a Motion asking the Court to order him to sign or alternatively appointing someone to sign on his behalf. This assumes there are no other pre-conditions to the transfer, such as her refinancing to remove him from responsibility for the mortgage.
