In New Jersey where there is a 3 day right of recission,do I need to sign contracts 4/27/10 or 4/30/10 to qualify for First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit

In NJ, there is a 3 day attorney review period. Although I have not reviewed the terms of the proposed tax credit by the government, realtors that I work with have advised me that you would need to be out of review by April 30 to qualify for the tax credit.
