Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

Land Lot - Paper Street - Lawnside NJ -

Our lot resides in Lawnside NJ and is accesed by a paper street owned by the township. The township has told us that we have to cahnge the paper street to an asphalt perm street before we can build our home on the land. This build will be in excess of $30K. We do not own the land the street will be on. Do we have a case to bring to a lawyer??

Yes, you should bring this matter to a lawyer.

Without more specifics, it is impossible to even give you a hint about how this will turn out or what your chances are. A great deal has to do with the history of your lot and of the land on which the road sits.

If you are not represented, I could look into the matter for you. See the Attorney Profile link associated with this reply for my contact information.
