Re: life estate question

Is the daughter 'safe' from a lawsuit? No. Anyone can sue anyone else, and the daughter would need to fight any such lawsuit.

The daughter needs a little solid advice from an experienced attorney. Spend the money, do some planning. Son has a lot of damn nerve, if what you write is correct.
