Names changed on deeds

I want to take my sisters name off the deed to my house before i sell it-

You will need to get your deed to a lawyer. You will need to have an affidavit of exemption from real estate taxes(I think you get from family member to family or consideration for less than $100 if that's the case.) You also need a Seller's Affidavit. The question is why her name is on the deed and will she get money from you. See a lawyer. Usually less than $150 dollars plus recording fees.

You need your sisters permission before you do anything.

You will have to get a new deed prepared and recorded before any sale and this Deed will require your sisters signature.

You and your sister should make an appointment with an Attorney
