What are details of the Blue Sky laws governing non-registered investor solicitations in NY and NJ?

NOT POSSIBLE to answer such a question without knowing the business, the blue sky laws of NJ alone total MANY volumes of encyclpedic size books..

if you are planning on such a move with your business PROTECT YOURSELF and hire an attorney. I worked for the Bureau of Securities, at the JErsey Attorney Generals office for some time and can tell you that many a business has been heavily fined, or bankrupted, as a result of not meeting their blue sky laws, or regulations regarding any other technicality...
