My on received a ticket for use of priv. prop. to avoid road signs, careless drvg and failure to stop for emer. vehicle. He was driving off road and when the officer stopped him he wanted to get the car on solid ground. He wasnt avoiding road signs he was just driving where he shouldnt. How can he fight this?

The three tickets you describe total six points. It may be possible to reduce the points, but he would have to go to court to do this. He can try to do this on his own, but he would probably have a better chance of reducing the points, possibly even down to zero points, if he had a lawyer. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
