Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

I was arrested for driving while suspended. The ammount of the bail set was the ammount owed to the courts for my fines. My father paid the bail thinking that it would be the end of this. Twice. He is a trucker and couldnt make it to court to sign the moneys over, which he also didn't know he was supposed to do. I have been offered a great job with NJTA but I will need my CDL first. What can we do without having to pay this for a third time?
