can you be charged with driving on a suspended licenses in new jersey, if you never had a valid new jersey drivers licenses?

Yes, you can get a driving while suspended ticket in New Jersey if your license is suspended in your home state. If your license is suspended in some other state you can be charged. You can also be charged if your New Jersey driving privileges have been suspended, for a variety of reasons.
