Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

fraudulnt inspection sticker.
Ok. I failed my inspection twicw for emmision and couldn't afford to fix it but need to drive my car for work. I decided to remove a sticker from a junked car at work,until i had money to fix,i got pulled over caught in new jersey,what fines am i looking at?
I know it was stupid to do,how do i fix this?

You are facing more than fines. You are facing loss of your driving privileges for more than a year. You need a lawyer.
