my friend was pick up an a bench warrant from 19 years ago for a first offense dwi.

what does it mean when the court keeping changing the court date .i have a lwayer

just trying to get second oppinion

If your friend was the one who was picked up on a 19 year old DWI case, why do you have a lawyer? If he already has an attorney, why shop for new one so fast? If it is your friends case he should be the one asking the questions and they should be directed to the attorney who was hired to handle the case. If there is concern direct it to the lawyer who was hired and talk to him or her, their opinion is the one that matters.
