Re: no insurance and suspension

You are facing a minimum of 1 year loss of license and a possible jail sentence for the no insurance summons. I strongly advise you to retain an attorney for this matter. Feel free to call on us at 1.877.676.7729 to discuss. Thank you.

You need to hire an attorney because the penalties for the two offenses have a maximum, total suspension of your driving privileges of 18 months.

Call me if you like.

Re: no insurance and suspension

I recommend you retain an attorney to appear on your behalf. You are facing substantial penalites if you plea to the charges as is. An amended charge is most likely available. Usually an attorney can enter a plea of not guilty on your behalf and the matter is then re-scheduled through the mail. If you'd like to discuss, feel free to contact my office directly, or contact the qualified attorneys who responded above. Good luck.

You are facing a 1 year mandatory DL loss. The judge will likely force you to get an attorney. If you get one before court, the attorney can go to court for you or get it put off.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
