Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

NJ Arrest Warrant for Parking Tickets

Last summer I found out that I had a warrant out for my arrest due to unpaid parking tickets. I never received notification and found out through a friend who was a police officer. My license has expired but I have not gone in to get it renewed because of this. I am currently out of work but will probably be offered a position by a company that runs a background check. My question is will this warrant show up? I also just need to get this taken care of so advice on the best steps to do so is greatly appreciated.

Re: NJ Arrest Warrant for Parking Tickets

You need to call the court or courts and ask how to satisfy the parking tickets and have the warrant vacated.

If you must appear in court you can call me if you like.

It depends on what type of check they do. I would have to do one myself and then let you know what comes up. If you can't just pay the warrant off, I suggest getting an attorney.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
