Re: NJ car accident

New Jersey can suspend your New Jersey driving privileges, and they will report this fact to Maine Division of Motor Vehicles for them to make the decision about suspending your Maine privileges. Driving with no insurance in New Jersey carries a mandatory one year loss of license and other heavy penalties. You need to discuss your case with a lawyer. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to talk about your case. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Re: NJ car accident

You have a defense because the law against failing to have car insurance applies to vehicles principally garaged in New Jersey. You should give me a call.

Call me if you like.
