i received 3 tickets 39:4-129b,

39-4-130, and 39:4-97 for an accident that was reported in my driveway. why are the tickets so excessive for a minor accident on private property?

Its unclear how an accident happened in your driveway, as one of these tickets is for leaving the scene of an accident and involves a mandatory drivers license suspension, regardless of how minor the accident was. See an attorney or apply for a public defender if you qualify.

Your summonses allege failure to report an accident; leaving the scene of an accidnt where where was property damage and careless driving.
