You are looking a mandatory 1 year DL suspension. I suggest you hire a lawyer and let him/her take care of it for you. Call me anytime at 732/773/2768 to discuss.

step #1 hire a good lawyer who goes to municipal court in that town at least two times a month.

step #2 pay the lawyer

step #3 do what the lawyer tells you to.

I am not going to beat a dead horse. It would be advisable to hire an attorney because the penalties for these offenses are quite serious. Driving without Insurance for a first offense is potentially a $300.00 to a $1,000.00 fine and a mandatory 1 year loss of your of your N J driver's license. There is also mandatory community service. A second offense potentially carries a much higher fine, an additional suspension of your license and mandatory jail time. Drivng while Suspended also potentially carries some serious penalties. It is important to hire an experienced municipal Court attorney. This person will help you explore if you have a potential defense to these tickets and look to hopefully achieve a favorable outcome for you. every case is different and there is are obviously no guarantees in any particular case, but it clearly helps to have an experience attorney to asist you. please feel free should you have any questions (201)-342-5030
