Running Stop Sign

I am due at court in a week and am preparing my case. I am charged for running a stop sign and am pleading not guilty. In preparation for my case, I returned to the stop sign where I was stopped to see how many people actually stop at the sign. From my observations, 9 out of 10 did not come to a complete stop (some not even a rolling stop). I was wondering if it would be possible to incorporate this fact into my case (even as a side note or something), or to just ignore it completely. Thank you very much.

Not at all. What's the relevance. If 10 people commit murder, its still not ok. I suggest you hire an attorney and see if they can negotiate a plea without points. You are facing 4 point and if found guilty you will get a fine and 4 point, but will also have yearly dmv surcharges for the next 3 years ranging about $1000. Hire an attorney,be smart.
