Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

We got a ticket for passing a stopped school bus. Should we bring an attorney when we go to court? We've never been to court before.

Yes. many courts do not let you negotiate that type of ticket. It is a 5 point ticket that could have a severe impact on your insurance rates.

You should definitely have an attorney. Do not plead guilty to a 5 point offense when it can be a 2 point offense and the fines can be greatly reduced. Call my office as soon as possible
