Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

Traffic Law

My son is 17 and traveled to Ocean City NJ for the day. He was driving with the flow of traffic and knows once you cross the bridge into town that the speed limit is reduced. He was stopped by a cop and told he was going 57 in a 35 mile hour zone as well as speeding through a construction zone. He asked to see the radar gun because he knew he wasn't traveling that fast. The officer did not respond. He also asked where the construction zone was..the officer did not respond again. He has to appear in court. He said he knows he wasn't going that fast. He was going with the flow of traffic, which was the speed limit. What defense does he have or how should he approach the court?

Re: Traffic Law

He should really get a good attorney to help him as his is facing a lot of points. While I practice across all of NJ, I'm not sure it will make that much sense to have me go down there for this type of case. Instead, I can probably refer you to a good attorney down there. Call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss.
