Your best shot is too go to Court and explain to the Prosecutor that the car was disabled and that you had difficulty moving it. Maybe he will see your side and recommend that the ticket be dismissed. It really depends on how long the car has been sitting on the street, you cannot just leave it there indefinately. If the car was already sitting there for a couple of days or the longer it is left there, the harder it will be to fight the ticket. If the car broke down it is your responsibility to get it repaired or move it to an acceptable spot on your property. Please also keep in mind that if you continue too leave it there and do nothing, you could eventually be ticketed for abandonment which carries potentially much higher fines and a potential suspension of your license for I believe 2 to 5 years. Move the car and explain the situation to the Prosecutor and hopefully they will help you, good luck
