Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
my wife did not stop at the intersection where a police officer was conducting the traffic. 2 days later this police officer came over our house and asked for registration and licence and gave my wife 2 tickets (careless driving and failure to stop). she didn't want to give him the documents, but he threaten her with an arrest.
is this legal? can we fight it?
