Administrators and Executors have the same rights and responsibilities. Family estate disputes are always highly emotional and both sides feel they are being abused by the other. You should immediately get an eperienced estate attorney to give you the needed legal advice and guidance!

I assume your sibling is not paying rent, but is she paying utilities, taxes, etc? If so, how would this compare to reasonable rent? If not, you can start a court proceeding to force her removal unless she pays for the use of the home. It is advantageous for security and insurance reasons not to have an empty house, which you should factor in.

Always keep in mind that your question provided very little facts, and many other factors could change the outcome.
