Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

My aunt has passed away, I have a sworn notarized statement that I lent her a considerable amount of money for her old age and medical expenses/ When she passed I was to get back what was left. One account is in trust for the other one is a money market account with both our names on it.

Is this considered inheritance or is it my money to get back?

If the estate has been submitted for probate, contact the Executor and have them repay the debt to the estate contained in your notarized letter.

As a point of clarification, half of the money market account is already yours. The other half is in the Estate.
