What are the average rates for a court appointed independant court official that is appointed by a judge to handle an estate? How much does it cost to have a lawyer file for a pleading for the above?

If an administrator is appointed for the estate, the commission rate is 5% on the first $200,000; 3.5% on the next $800,000; and 2% over $1,000,000. There is also a 6% commission on income earned by the estate.
