How can I get a copy of a will that was probated in New Jersey?

John is correct on how to do it. A small fee will be charged for a copy. You can go there and see it without charge.

Contact the Surrogate of the county in which the will was probated and ask for a copy. The will would have been probated in the county in which the decedent resided at the time of death.
