Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

What does it mean to enforce litigants rights?

In May I was awarded a summary judgement from my ex-husband's life insurance. My ex-husband remarried in 2002 and his current wife was ordered by the court to turn half of the insurance monies (our divorce agreement). She has refused to obey the court order. My ex-husband purchased a home in 2001, one year before he remarried and his name is the only one on the deed. My question is: Can I get the monies owed to me from the house? My attorney has filed a motion to enforce litigants rights what does that mean?

Since you appear to be represented by counsel, I would suggest you pose that question to him or her.

Simply put, he is trying to enforce your rights through the summary judgment, either from the insurance or through the house.
