Can I be an executor if I have had a past bankruptcy. It is my mothers will.

Your prior bankruptcy will not prevent you from serving as executor of your mother's estate.

Yes, you can be the executor of an Estate even though you had a past bankruptcy. If you are continuing to have issues with creditors or taxes, you should address these issues with your mother's tax and estate planning attorney to assure they are planned around.
