Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

Im an executrix of my fathers estate.. the house was left 50/50 to both my sister and I. She has not helped or offered or called during 2 yrs since passing. Ive put blood sweat and tears into the house to get it ready to be placed on market. Now I have buyer shes not cooperating with the signing of documents to sell it. I have buyer so I can pay NJ estate tax and other expensives. Shes not answering my texts or phone calls. Can I file anything in the courts to overule her not cooperating? and FAST so I dont loose the sale.

File for an order directing the sale with the Court's approval. I also suggest the possible inclusion of a direction from the Court to surcharge your sister if she refuses to cooperate further.
