Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

My Father had a bill for rehab and my mother continued to pay it after he passed away. My Mother has now passed away and I need to know if the family is still responsible for it. We have not paid anything since my Mother's passing.

It may depend on the reimbursement agreement entered into by your mother or father. See if you can get a copy of the agreements signed by your parents and let me or another lawyer take a look at them. If you would like to make an appointment, please contact 732-663-1500.
