My fathers will was written in 2002 stating that my brother got the house but after 1 year if he decided not to sell, he had to give my sister and I-$25,000.00 each, but 1 year later in 2003 he sold the house to my brother for $ 1.00 does he still have to pay us

without reviewing the terms of the will it's impossible to answer your question. You likely also have a serious statute of limitations problem here...since your father died about 13 years ago and you haven't done anything about this all that time....
