Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

Ex still on Fiance's Will
My Fiance bought a townhouse in New Jersey, after he divorced his Ex 3 yrs ago. I have been living with him now for the past 2 yrs. My problem is, he still has his Ex in his Will, and if anything should happen to him, she will get the house. I own 99% of the furniture in this house, and I am afraid if he died, I would one day come home, and she will have put a lock on the door, and try to keep everything. What should I do to protect myself, my cats, and my furniture? My fiance said he doesn't have the money to change his Will right now. The townhouse is not paid off, and I'm sure his Ex would sell it immediately.

For about $100 he can have a new Will, and you should insist he do it immediately. Contact me directly id he needs assistance.
