In New Jersey, does the executor get commission on the sales price or profit from sale of the deceased home?

In theory, Executors get commissions on fair market value of probate assets only. FMV is the value of the asset at the date of death. Should the house sell for a profit (more than it was worth on date nof death) an income commission based on the amount of the profit can also be charged.
