Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

My mother recently deceased, Due to family conflict, the executor of my mother's will is not supplying the name of my mother's lawyer to me. How can I obtain this information?

If you go to the Surrogate's Court in the county where the will was probated, you should be able to find out the name of the attorney in the court papers [assuming the executor used an attorney to help probate the will].
