Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

I am named in a will

My uncle recently died and in his will left his house to myself, my sister, and my brother. My brother is executor of his estate. My question is do I have a right to examine his will, and can he sell the house for any price without mine and my sister's prior consent to the selling terms and price?

Re: I am named in a will

If you did not get a copy of the probated Will, you can call the Surrogate and have a copy mailed to you for a small fee, or call the attorney for the estate to send you a copy. Without reading the provisions regarding the property, it is difficult to answer your other question, as I do not know how much discretion was given the Executor to sell anything. The Executor must act properly, and has a fiduciary responsibility to the other heirs. Usually all people involved have a say in the final details.
