Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

In NJ, can a second husband remain in the wife's home, after she dies, even though her will leaves the home to her children? In other words, can the children put him out?

If they were married and the home was the marital residejce, he has the right to stay there. What bills or costs he is responsible to pay is another story, as he cannot stay for free.
