My mother pass away back 11/2003. She left a will,but my brother and I never saw it. Is there way to get a copy of it?

If your mother had a will, and it was probated, the executor was required by court rule to provide you with a copy.
If the will was probated, you can obtain a copy at the Surrogates office in the county where your mother lived at the time of her death.
