Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

I purchased a 3 compartment sink, hand sink and grease trap and paid for installation of it in a kitchen of a fire hall. I worked there as a caterer for 3 years and then left. Now, 5 years later, they are closing the hall. Am I entitled to money spent on these sinks? There were no original agreements one way or another. I spent nearly $3000.00 on them originally.

Absent any written agreements, I do not see restitution to which you are entitled; particulalrly since you seem to have vacated the premises and made no claim for years. More facts may be needed and might possibly alter the response. This is a response to an Internet question and the reply is not intended to be legal advice or as creating an attorney-client relationship. Different, missing, additional or omitted facts could change the response.
