qprt and conservation easement

is it possible to donate a qualified conservation easement (and receive tax benefits under IRC170h) on a property that is already in a qualified personal residence trust (under IRC 7202).

the jurisdiction is in new jersey.

I would need more time to do some tax research in order to give you a more definative answer; however, I would assume that if both the Trustee of the QPRT and the remaindermen both executed the conservation easement, this would probably work.
