Refunding Bond & Release Form

Please tell me who is the obligor and who is the obligee.

Who exactly is responsible to complete this form? The administrator or the

other daughter (me)? There is no will.

Obligor is you (person signiung RBR) and Obligee is Administrator. Administrator usually completes form.
