what are the rights of a beneficiary to a will? are they entitled to see the Will or have a copy of it sent to them? Shouldn't the executor inform them that they were listed as a beneficiary?

1. Are you sure you are a beneficiary named in the Will [if you have not seen the document]?

2. Are you an heir at law?

If #1 and/or #2 are answered 'yes' then by law the executor must provide you with Notice of Probate and a copy of the Will within 60 days of probate.
