My step-dad passed away. He has a will naming me sole beneficiary of his real estate property which I reside in. My brother (his step-son) was named executor of the will. Can he contest the will and fight me for the property?

Any rightful heirs can contest a Will, but it doesn't mean they will be successful. These are difficult suits, time consuing and usually very costly.
